My name is Bob and until May this year, I was actually a practising acupuncturist who was helping folks feel well and better.. Unfortunately in late May of 2022, I suffered a sudden stroke that totally paralysed the right half of my body and slurred my speech. The irony of May being Stroke Awareness Month was not lost on me.
Some of you who know me know that I recently suffered and survived a stroke. It happened on May 26th when I experienced what is technically called a Left Lacunar Infarct that left me absolutely paralysed on my right side. The irony of May being Stroke Awareness Month was not lost on me.
